From pennal, myself n Martyn head up over Cefn cynafal and over to the bearded lake. After the grueling climb it was down to Happy Valley, and over towards the tywyn exit. Cut thr to just before the grave yard beach and then back to Pennal along thr road. Lots of very rugged old tracks, and surprisingly loads of ice. Fun down hills, and great views. The road work back was hadr work with 7 miles of easterly head winds! Good work out n ride tho
